PERSONAL TRAINING ASSESSMENT

The purpose of the assessment is to evaluate biometrics, and assess overall fitness (health, nutrition and social).

Our Body Sculpting Personal Training Assessment includes:

• Weigh-in and measurements 
• Medical History Review (PAR-Q)
• Current lifestyle and social assessment 
• A fitness assessment done on site that tests strength and cardiovascular endurance (a small workout will be programmed) to determine the right plan for your success.
