In a typical 60-minute class, 15 minutes are spent stretching and moving to prepare for the planned 45-minute workout. Warm-ups are an essential part of every workout. Be courteous to your teammates by arriving 10 minutes before class. It may be necessary to adjust the planned workouts due to unforeseen circumstances.
Here are a few things that make us different from the rest. There will be a live instructor on hand at multiple stations to adjust your workout as needed. There is no one-size-fits-all exercise program, but this team will customize the exercises based on your experience, goals and limitations.
You'll sweat, you'll be challenged, and you'll burn more calories than most conventional workouts. Most of your workouts include high-intensity interval training (HIIT). You can track all your calories using the MyZone Heart Monitor calorie tracking system on the big TV console. At the end of the day, the workouts should be about working together and encouraging one another. Additionally, they will help you reach your goals while having fun.
